Skordalia potato sauce

Ingredients

200g boiled potatoes
50g breadcrumbs
2 clove garlic
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vinegar
salt, pepper
-
Mash the potatoes with a potato masher. Mince the garlic finely and mix all ingredients together.
Let set in refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
Serve with fresh salad and greek olives.
