Fried naan with curry

Ingredients

250g all-purpose flour
100g whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp oil
180ml water
15g fresh brewer's yeast

Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water.
Mix the dry ingredients, then add the oil and the yeast mixture.
Knead well and let rise for an hour and a half.
Divide into four parts and roll out into discs 25cm in diameter.
Fry in hot oil on both sides.
