Buckwheat burgers

Ingredients

200g buckwheat flour
500ml vegetable broth
1 tbsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Soya sauce
1 egg
all-purpose flour
breadcrumbs

Dry roast the buckwheat in a large heavy pot for 5 minutes, stirring often. Add vegetable broth, stir for 10 minutes.
Cover, remove from heat, and wait 10 minutes.
Add salt and soya sauce.
Wet your hand with a little water, and shape into thick large oval burgers.
Coat each burger with flour, dip into beaten egg, then into bread crumbs until throughly coated.
Fry the burgers in hot oil, turning once until well browned on both sides.
Serve with fresh vegetables and ketchup
