Ingredients

50g walnut kernels
1 tbsp. pinoles
1 onion
1 sprig of parsley
2 tbsp. durum wheat

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and fry until transparent.
Coarsely chop the walnuts and pinoles, add in the pan and fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the wheat and stir well.
Add 1/2 glass of tepid water gradually.
Heat, stirring regularly, until very dense. Add salt to taste.
Remove from heat and add minced parsley. Serve with pita bread.
