Ingredients

1 zucchini
100g whole yogurth
1 clove garlic
olive oil

Cut zucchini into slices about 1/2 cm.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the zucchini slices on medium heat, until brown.
Remove from oil and let drain.
Minch the garlic and mix with yogurth.
Cut fryed zucchini coarsely and season with yogurthh sauce.
