Artichokes salad with Sage

Ingredients

Serves four:
6 artichokes hearts
10 sage leaves
olive oil
vinegar
-
Cut each artichoke heart into quarters lengthwise and boil them in salted water.
Season with sage leaves cut into stripes, olive oil and vinegar to taste.
Let set two hours before serving.
