Ingredients

50g superfine flour (00 flour)
50g butter
500ml milk

Melt the butter in a large pot. Add the flour and stir well.
Heat the milk, then pour it slowly, stirring strongly with a wooden spoon to avoid grumes.
Stir constantly for 15 minutes over low heat.
