Serves two:
4 slices canned pineapple
100g cheddar (or gouda)
1 egg
5-6 tbsp pineapple syrup
1 tbsp cornstarch.

Beat egg, pineapple juice and cornstarch. Cook over low heat until thick.
Put the pineapple slices and the cubed cheddar on a serving plate. Cover with the egg seasoning.
