Ingredients
Serves two:
200g oriental wheat noodles
100g chicken breast
100g shelled mussels
100g surimi sticks
1 egg
5 fresh mushrooms
Nuoc Nam (fish sauce)
soya sauce
fresh hot red peppers

Heat some oil in the
wok
A pan with a round bottom, of Chinese origin, used to stir-fry foods.
and fry sliced mushrooms, and sliced chicken five minutes.
Add the sliced surimi sticks, mussels and minced hot peppers. Simmer 5 minutes.
Cook the noodles until al dente and drain them well.
Put the noddles in the

with the beaten egg. Season with Nuoc Nam sauce and soya sauce to taste. Let curdle and serve immediately.
