Ingredients

Makes six tortillas:
200g white flour
40ml corn oil
60ml warm water

Make a well in the flour on a flat surface. Put the oil into the well, knead it and make a new well. Gradually put the warm water into the well.
Once the mixture has come together, knead it until you have a smooth ball. Cover the ball and let it rest for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 6 balls of equal size. Dust a work surface with flour. With a rolling pin, roll out each tortilla, until you have a into a 20 cm circle.
Put the tortilla in a hot skillet, let it cook for 1 minute, turn it, and let the other side cook for 1 minute.
