70g danish butter
180g sugar
100g dark chocolate
150ml danish beer
2 eggs
400g all-purpose flour
15g baking powder

Separate the whites from the yolks and whip them.
Melt the chocolate with the butter. Add the yolks and the butter and the sugar. Add the whipped whites, beer and all-purpose flour, gradually.
Finally add the baking powder to the mixture.
Pour in a buttered baking pan and bake in preheated 180° C (356 F) oven 30-35 minutes.
