Chickpeas flour chips with thyme

Ingredients

Makes 20 chips:
50g chickpeas flour
140ml water
salt
black pepper
thyme
olive oil

Mix chickpeas flour with the water, breaking the lumps.
Brush with oil a muffin baking pan and pour a spoonful of the dough in each place.
Season each chip with a pinch of salt, black pepper and thyme.
Bake in preheated 180° C (356 F) oven 15 minutes.
