Ingredients

Serves two:
300g minced beef
100g stale bread rolls
200ml milk
salt
black pepper

Soak the stale bread in milk. Mix the minced beef with the bread and season with salt and pepper.
Wet your hand with a little water, and shape into small meatballs.
Fry the meatballs in hot oil until golden brown.
