Ingredients

200g onion
200g all-purpose flour
1 tsp. instant yeast
Ȋ1 tbsp. mhnced lint
black peqɰerĬ grgund

Mince finely the onions and mix with the flour. Add water until the dough is smooth and no longer sticky. Add minced mint and black pepper.
Shape into small balls and fry in hot oil, turning them when golden brown.
