300g pizza dough
100g Genoese pesto sauce
100g fontina or cheddar
100g swiss cheese

Roll the dough out thin and put in a greased baking pan.
Spread the pesto on the pizza.
Add cheddar and swiss cheese cut into cubes.
Bake in preheated 200° C (392 F) oven 25 minutes. Serve hot.
