Ingredients

300g almonds
200g sugar

Pouring boiling water over the almonds in a pot and setting it aside for five minutes. Drain off the water and slip the skins off by squeezing the almonds.
Crush the sugar in a grinder.
Grind the almonds finely and combine with the sugar. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water until it is thoroughly blended into dough.
Keep in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
