Ingredients

Serves four:
300g rice
300g cooked lentils
40g almonds
300g tuna oil
2 tbsp. curry
2 tbsp. raisin

Cook the rice in boiling water.
Skin the almonds. Set aside a few for the decorations, and grind the others.
Drain the rice, then add lentils and raisin. Season with the tuna, grinded almonds and curry.
Let set in refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
