Ingredients

200g marrons glaces
100ml heavy cream
1 egg
3 tbsp. sugar
150ml milk

Whip the cream and chop coarsely the marrons glaces.
Mix all ingredients together.
Freeze into an ice cream maker for 35 minutes.
