350ml milk
100g almond paste
1 yolk
40g sugar
50ml heavy cream

Heat the milk, add the almond paste and and mix really well. Let it cool.
Beat the yolk with the sugar until thick and light yellow in colour. Add the heavy cream and the milk and the almond paste mixture.
Freeze in your ice cream machine for 40 minutes.
