Guinness Stout ice cream

Ingredients

200ml Guinness stout (or any stout beer)
200ml heavy cream
2 yolks
50g sugar

Pour the Guinness in a pot, and bring to a boil. Simmer until the volume will have been reduced by one-half. Let it cool.
Whip the cream with the yolks and the sugar. Add the Guinness.
Transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze for 30 minutes.
