300g fresh pineapple
100ml heavy cream
75g sugar
200ml milk

Skin the pineapple completely.
Puree the pineapple with a blender. Add the milk, the sugar and the cream.
Transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze for 40 minutes.
