Ingredients

Serves two:
200 g pecorino pepato cheese
30g rocket leaves
1 tbsp. grated parmesan
1 baby onion
olive oil

Mince the rocket and baby onion. Add the grated parmesan.
Cut the pecorino cheese into 1cm cubes. Put the cheese in a bowl and season with the rocket sauce and olive oil.
