Ingredients

100g Gruyere Cheese
1 bunch of chervil
3 sprigs of marjoram
3 sprigs of tarragon
3 sprigs of parsley
10 chives leaves

Mince together the aromatic herbs, then add the Gruyere cheese.
Grind coarsely with a blender.
Serve with toasted bread and store in the fridge.
