Ingredients

Serves four:

Rolled Sandwich:
2 sandwich bread slices
50g russian salad
2 ham slices
chives

Caprese Skewers:
4 cherry tomatoes
4 mozzarella pearls
oregano and olive oil

Bresaola Roll-Ups:
8 bresaola slices
half small carrot
rocket leaves
1 dill sprig

Cheese Roll-Ups:
4 emmenthal slices
50g ricotta cheese
10 walnuts
1 tsp dried marjoram

Fruit Brochette:
1/2 apple
2 orange segments
50g brie or camembert
4 sprigs of coriander

Five starters in a step-by-step recipe to surprise your guests.

Rolled Sandwich: Roll the bread slices with a rolling pin, gently.
Appiattire leggermente ciascuna fetta di pane con un mattarello, così sarà possibile arrotolarla.

Put the ham and the russian salad on the bread slices.

Roll carefully, then cut each rolled sandwich into half.

Tie the sandwich with a chives leaf

Caprese Skewers: Put some mozzarella pearls and cherry tomatoes on the toothpicks.
Season with oregano and olive oil.

Bresaola Roll-Ups: Peel the carrot and cut into julienne. Put the julienned carrot, rocket leaves and dill pieces on the bresaola slices.
Disporre le fette di bresaola su un piano di lavoro e suddividervi la carota a julienne, le foglie di rucola e un pezzettino di aneto.

Roll and put on a serving plate.

Cheese Roll-Ups: Put the ricotta, coarsely chopped walnuts and marjoram on the cheese slices.

Fruit Brochette: Peel, core and quarter the apple, then cut each quarter into half. Cut the orange segments into half. Cut the brie or camembert into 8 cubes.
