1. Vegetables canape
Spread ricotta cheese on white sandwich bread, add salt and pepper. Put some radish and pepper slices on the canape.
2. Mozzarella snack
Fry cooked peas with garlic for a couple of minutes. Remove the garlic and mash them.
Cut into half a 125g mozzarella piece. Spread the peas cream on the mozzarela.
Garnish with mortadella and walnut kernels.
3. Mushroom canape
Mix some cooked (or canned) mushrooms with mayonnaise and spread them on white sandwich bread.
Garnish with parsley and paprika.
4. Stuffed egg
Cut an hard boiled in half and pop out the yolk. Mince cooked chicken, anchovy fillets, capers and yolk. Stuff the egg with the chicken mixture and garnish with radish slices.
5. Cheese and grape tower
Take an emmenthal cheese piece 1cm large and 2 cm high. Put on it a curled slice of red chicory, a white grape and a sultana grape. Secure with a toothpick.
6. Salami roll
Mix some ricotta with grated parmesan and roquefort cheese. Put a spoonful of this mixture on a salami slice. Wrap it and secure with a toothpick.
