Ingredients

250g all-purpose flour
100ml milk
1 egg
7g baking powder
70g sugar
25g butter
100g milk chocolate
milk and cane-sugar

Dissolve the baking powder in warm milk.
Beat the egg with milk, flour, sugar and melted butter. Mix well, cover and let rest 40 minutes.
When raised, knead briefly and divide into 8 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball.
Insert milk chocolate cubes in center of each ball.
Lightly brush milk over top of brioches and sprinkle cane-sugar.
Bake in preheated 180° C (356 F) oven 30 minutes.
