Fried bananas with coconut

Ingredients

Serves four:
4 bananas
300ml coconut cream
150g flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Sesame seeds
sesame oil

Sift flour and baking powder into a plate and gradually stir coconut cream into flour. Stir the mixture until it has a smooth consistency. Add the sugar and mix well.
Peel the bananas and cut them into four slices. Place them in the batter one by one and fry them in hot sesame oil, until golden brown.
Put them on a serving plate and garnish with sesame seeds.
